Bayan’s Money Back Guarantee (MBG) guarantees quality service for both voice and data services. If the customer is not satisfied with his/her service, they can ask for their money back, FOR ANY REASON they may have, within 15 calendar days of service activation and/or installation.
This is proof of Bayan’s commitment to be the service provider that guarantees to deliver what the customers want… Fast!
How does the customer inform Bayan of their service cancellation?
To avail of Bayan’s Money Back Guarantee program the customer must cancel their service (voice or data) within 5 days of its activation/installation.
Customers can make a request for cancellation of service through a Customer Service Representative (CSR). They can claim their MBG thru any of the following:

Fax written request for MBG to 449-3398
Email requests to bayanserve@bayantel.com.ph
Visit any BayanCenter and inform the CSR
of your request to avail of the guarantee.

What amount will be refunded under MBG?
The down payment made by the customer for the particular Bayan service will be refunded. However, for telephone service, if there are long distance calls made, the total amount of the call charges shall be deducted from the initial down payment.
What will be retrieved from the customer (documents, telephone set, etc.)
The subscriber/ customer should surrender the Official Receipt (OR) issued to them for their down payment and (if applicable)
the equipment issued to them (telephone set, router, modem
in its original packaging.

24-HOUR QUICK SERVICE GUARANTEE
Bayan Telecommunications guarantees you, the subscriber that it will immediately address and attend to service interruptions affecting the use of your telephone line, DSL and internet connections within 24 hours from the time that the interruption was reported.
If We are unable to respond to you within 24 hours, you will automatically be entitled to a rebate:
- bayanPhone Subscribers are entitled to a P100 rebate for every day of interruption and thereafter until the interruption is restored.
- bayanDSL subscribers are entitled to a P500 rebate for each day of interruption and thereafter until the service interruption is fully restored.
- The 24 Hour Quick Service Guarantee covers bayanDSL Residential, and Small and Medium Sized Business subscribers residing in Metro Manila, Bicol Region, Samar, Leyte, Davo and General Santos.
To report any service interruption, please call BayanServe at 412-1212 for Metro Manila. For provincial subscribers, please call 171 for Bicol, Agusan and Eastern Visayas, 300-1212 for Davao City and 301-1212 for General Santos City.
You may also report a service interruption at the nearest BayanCenter anytime during regular business hours. The countdown for the 24-Hour Guaranteed Quick Service begins from the time BayanServe/BayanCenter receives and records your report.
Computation of the rebate is counted from the 25th hour from the time your report was received. For telephone lines, computation is based on a P100.00 per full day basis (no fraction applies).
For DSL service, computations are based on a P500.00 per full day basis (no fraction applies). Rebates shall also apply on whatever promo discount is applied during the time of service restoration.
The Money Back guarantee and the 24-Hour quick service guarantee programs do not apply to corporate
customers; most of which may have arranged a separate service level agreement
